Checking in with my villagers
I have been playing Animal Crossing New Leaf for a bit over two months now so I thought I'd show off my villagers cos they're all adorable. I have 10 in total and you're only allowed 10 max but today let's show you 7 because I have 3 sheep which means I can do a sheep special next time.
First up is a rabbit called Genji. He's a samurai and is always ready to scream motivational and self-affirmation quotes at me.
Here is Marshal walking on the beach with a spade that is clearly too big for his body. This is one of my favourite sights in Animal Crossing: watching the squirrels and hamsters carry their spade around looking like they're a walking disaster.
Cheri, the unexpected mover from who knows where. She just showed up one day sounding all peppy.
Flurry my baby! She's a hamster and it's gonna make me sound like a monster but I really like her sad face. I showed her to my mom who only said, "She looks a bit dumb, doesn't she?" Ugh.
A bit of context: in Animal Crossing when you find villagers talking to another you can drop in and join the conversation. I caught Pashmina when she was in a heated discussion with Del (the robot crocodile in the back). I asked if there was something going on between them and she went...
My last non-sheep villager is Olivia. She's a cat that I adopted from another player's town. Sometimes she tells me when she's having a bad hair day and she is prone to breakdown inside retail, like this as pictured below. I know my character's face is like, can you not do this here? But I totally relate.
That's all for now from my animal crossing town. Is there any villager you like from today? More importantly, does Flurry look dumb? I need to know!

Hornsby is me, me is Hornsby. 😂
